Jodie Maccarrone is a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University in Clinical Psychology. Her research focuses on the intersection of language use, physiological response patterns, trauma and chronic pain in older adults. She is a Program Coordinator for both the NSU Counseling Center for Older Adults (NCCOA) as well as Psychological Services for the Emotionally Distressed (PSED).
