User Submissions
If you submit an article, comment, author biography, or other material, you represent that it is your own original work (or that you have the right to submit it), that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it contains no confidential client information or identifiable clinical material used without proper consent. You grant the Society a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive that material in connection with the Society's publications. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission.
Membership
Membership applications, dues, benefits, and terms are described on the relevant membership pages. Dues are processed through PayPal and are generally non-refundable except at the Society's discretion. The Society may decline or terminate a membership in accordance with its bylaws.
