Dr. Ast is a licensed Psychotherapist and an AAMFT approved supervisor. She has been working in the field of mental health for 19 years. Throughout her extensive career, she has dedicated herself to providing therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families within the community.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ast is deeply committed to education and has served as a dedicated academic instructor, teaching graduate students in both Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling programs.
