Dr. Olivier van Hauwermeiren, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of OVH Psychology, a telehealth practice serving high-achieving professionals across 40-plus states through PSYPACT. He completed his doctorate in clinical psychology at Nova Southeastern University and his predoctoral internship at Nassau University Medical Center, and is licensed in New York and Wisconsin. His clinical work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure for trauma, and Gottman Method work with couples. He specializes in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and perfectionism among high performers in fields like medicine, law, finance, and tech. His research background is in performance psychology, including peer-reviewed work on personality and emotional self-regulation in elite combat athletes. Originally from Spain and a native Spanish speaker, he sees clients in both English and Spanish.
