Rodney L. Lowman, PhD, ABAP, President, Lowman & Richardson/Consulting Psychologists, PC (San Diego) and is Distinguished Professor (Ret.) Organizational Psychology Programs, CSPP, Alliant International University, San Diego. He is the author/editor of 13 books, and over 130 peer-reviewed articles and chapters, and has made professional presentations world-wide. He is Fellow of six divisions of the American Psychological Association. His professional practice includes career assessments, personnel selection, managerial coaching, ethics, and organizational consultation.
